Shipping Policy

Hunter’s Fly Shop ships physical products including fishing flies, hats, and related merchandise within the United States.

Multiple Shipments

Hunter’s Fly Shop fulfills orders using multiple fulfillment methods.

  • Fishing flies are tied and shipped directly by Hunter’s Fly Shop
  • Hats and certain merchandise may be printed and shipped by a third-party print-on-demand partner

As a result:

  • Items in the same order may ship separately
  • Items may arrive in multiple packages
  • Shipping times may vary by product

Shipping confirmations and tracking information will be provided separately when available.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within [1–3 business days] after payment is received.

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods or promotions, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Delivery Time

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Hunter’s Fly Shop is not responsible for delivery delays.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Hunter’s Fly Shop is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Packages returned due to address errors

Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be re-shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Hunter’s Fly Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. We are happy to assist where possible, but replacement or refund is not guaranteed.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within [7] days of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged items and packaging

Approved replacements are issued at our discretion.

International Shipping

At this time, Hunter’s Fly Shop does not offer international shipping.

If international shipping is offered:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees
  • Delivery times may vary significantly
  • We are not responsible for customs delays or refused shipments
