Refund Policy

Hunter’s Fly Shop is committed to providing high-quality products. Due to the nature of the items we sell, all sales are subject to the refund terms outlined below.

By placing an order, you agree to this Refund Policy.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Fishing flies

  • Hats

  • Any other merchandise sold by Hunter’s Fly Shop

This policy exists due to hygiene concerns, the handcrafted nature of certain items, and the presence of sharp hooks in fishing flies.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Refunds or replacements are only considered if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Because some products are fulfilled by third-party partners:

  • Fishing flies are handled directly by Hunter’s Fly Shop

  • Hats and other merchandise may be fulfilled by a print-on-demand partner

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • You must provide your order number

  • You must include clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Approved refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion and may be fulfilled by the original manufacturer or fulfillment partner. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Issues

Hunter’s Fly Shop is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for these situations.

Processing Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take several business days

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
