Orders & Fulfillment
Who ships my order?
Hunter’s Fly Shop uses multiple fulfillment methods:
- Fishing flies are hand-tied and shipped directly by Hunter’s Fly Shop
- Hats and certain merchandise are produced and shipped by a trusted print-on-demand partner
Because of this, items in the same order may ship separately.
Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
Some items are fulfilled directly by us, while others are fulfilled by a third-party partner. It’s normal for orders containing multiple product types to arrive in separate packages and at different times.
Will all items ship at the same time?
Not always. Fishing flies and merchandise may have different processing and shipping timelines depending on how they are fulfilled.
Shipping
How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary by product.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only. Actual delivery times depend on the carrier, location, weather, and other factors beyond our control.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once an item ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. If items ship separately, you may receive multiple tracking emails.
What if my package is delayed?
Once an order has shipped, delivery delays are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.
What if my package says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it?
Hunter’s Fly Shop is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on fishing flies, hats, or other merchandise.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number
- Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
Approved refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

No. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Products & Safety
Are fishing flies safe?
Fishing flies contain sharp hooks and are intended for experienced use. Handle with care and keep all flies out of reach of children and pets.
Do product photos match exactly what I’ll receive?
We make every effort to display accurate product photos, but slight variations in color, size, or appearance may occur, especially with handcrafted or printed items.
Payments & Changes
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they have been processed or shipped.
What payment methods do you accept?
Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout through WooCommerce.
