5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products:

• Fishing flies are non-refundable and non-returnable
• Hats and other branded merchandise are non-refundable, except in cases where an item arrives damaged or incorrect

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within [7] days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Approved replacements or refunds are issued at our sole discretion.
